When you submit our Property Request Form, you can define:
- Target Location: The specific area or neighborhood you want to live in (such as Kikoni, Bwaise, or Ntinda).
- District and Region: The administrative area (such as Kampala District or Wakiso District).
- Property Type: The category you need, whether it is a student hostel, a residential apartment, a commercial retail space, or a plot of land.
- Acquisition Route: Whether you want to rent or buy.
- Price Boundaries: Your minimum and maximum monthly budget or buying limit in local currency (e.g., UGX 150,000 to UGX 500,000).
- Specific Requirements: A detailed description of what you need (e.g., “must have secure parking, a private balcony, a water reservoir, and be within walking distance of campus”).
Once submitted, your request is published on our public Requests Board, where active property owners can review it.

- Seeker Posts a Request: Your requirements go live on the board.
- Landlords Review the Board: Verified property owners and agents browse the active requests.
- Lister Sends a Direct Offer: If a landlord has a property that matches your criteria, they click “Submit Offer” on your request, sending a direct link to their listing along with a personalized message.
- Review and Connect: You are instantly notified of the offer. You can inspect the property details, view photos, and open a secure message thread to schedule a viewing.
